About the plastics sales division
As the sales company for Japan Polyethylene Corporation and Japan Polypropylene Corporation, we sell polyolefins such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). We provide the proper grades for various purposes and can form the products quickly, so please feel free to contact us. Of course, we also provide lists of the physical properties, MSDS, and various safety certifications.
About resin
■ Polyethylene
Polyethylene is a thermoplastic resin and a representative petrochemical product. It is manufactured by polymerizing ethylene. There are two types: low-density polyethylene (LDPE) whose density is under 0.94, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) whose density is 0.94 or higher. Since the method of manufacturing linear low density polyethylene (L-LDPE), which has a similar strength as low density polyethylene, was developed,currently about 40% of the low density polyethylene produced in Japan is made using this process.
■ Polypropylene
Polypropylene is another representative thermoplastic resin. It is produced by polymerizing propylene.
We meet our cutomers’ needs as a resin manufacturer with a focus on sales volume, operation, techniques and development.Futhermore, we have three sales offices, one each in Tokyo, Chubu (Nagoya), and Osaka to cover the whole of Japan.
Application
■ Polyethylene
LDPE is used for film, lamination, and cable covering. HDPE is used for hollow containers, film, and containers.
■ Polypropylene
Polypropylene is used in a wide range of applications, such as cars, electric elements, packaging films, containers, daily necessities, and medical equipment.
